Created From Experience.
I started The Nature Society after spending more than five years in the heart of the nursery and the home. My journey through Montessori-based care and dedicated private nanny work taught me that finding the right fit is a deeply personal matter.
Having walked in the shoes of a caregiver, I know that lasting bonds are built on clear expectations and mutual trust. We focus on finding a natural fit where respect and open communication come first, ensuring your nanny becomes a grounded partner in your home's journey.

Years spent working closely with children and families shaped the standards behind The Nature Society. My goal is not simply to fill positions but to understand both sides well enough to create placements built around compatibility, clear expectations, mutual respect, and long-term success. Through my background, I have learned that the best care happens when a nanny and a family are truly aligned in their values and communication styles.

Thoughtful Compatibility
Thorough Screening
Professional Respect
Placements consider experience, personality, caregiving style, household expectations, communication, and what both sides are looking for — not simply whether a nanny meets minimum qualifications.
Candidates are carefully screened through our established process, including relevant experience, references, interviews, and applicable background screening.
We value professional childcare and want both families and nannies to enter placements with clear expectations, mutual respect, and an understanding of the importance of the nanny-family relationship.
