Finding the right nanny is an investment in your family’s peace of mind, stability, and everyday life. Our placement fees reflect the personalized search, careful screening, and thoughtful matching that goes into every introduction.
$350 Search Fee
A non-refundable search fee is required to begin your personalized nanny search.
15% Placement Fee
The placement fee is calculated at 15% of the nanny’s estimated first-year gross compensation.
$4,500 Minimum
A minimum placement fee of $4,500 applies to all long-term placements.
90-Day Guarantee
Your placement includes a 90-day guarantee with one qualifying complimentary replacement search if needed.
