A Placement Agency That Understands Your Profession.

The Nature Society was created from firsthand experience in professional childcare. We understand that the right position isn’t only about schedule and compensation — it’s about finding a family where your experience is respected, expectations are clear, and the relationship feels like the right fit.
Professional Respect
We partner with families who understand the value of professional childcare and the important role a nanny plays in their home.

Your experience matters, but so do your personality, preferences, caregiving style, and what you’re looking for in a family.
Clear Expectations
We prioritize transparent conversations around responsibilities, schedules, compensation, and the overall working relationship.

From your initial application through introductions and placement, you’ll have someone available to guide you through the process.
